*Base pricing is for one of the 3 options: a standard 2-car residential driveway, a standard residential sidewalk up to 300ft, or a single residential fence up to 350ft. Additional fees may vary if your property is larger, has additional walkways and porches, railings, or contains additional features not listed among one of the 3 options above.
**House and Siding pricing is for a standard single-story 4-sided residential house. If your house is more than one story, or you have additional sides to your house has more than 4 sides, additional fees may apply. Moo's Pressure Washing is not responsible for repairing broken stucco or siding due to excessive neglect or severe weathering.
***FULL SERVICE Quarterly plans are for select houses and select regions. Contact Moo's Pressure Washing to see if your property qualifies for our complete package. Moo's Pressure Washing uses discretion when selecting properties and anything not outlined in your contract may be added on to your total rate.
